✏️ Love the firm tofu texture and LOVE that it’s tomato flavoured. It reminded me of bolognese. Great mix of textures and the salad (especially red onion) complements it well. Love the seeds too. Would’ve liked beans to soak into the toast as it was a little dry

✏️Seitan was very sausage like and not dry. Loved the onions and juicy tomato. The sauce is delicious – nice & tangy, mustard is a great addition! Also a hearty portion

✏️Really nice flavours! The cheese is garlicky & thick – healthy but also substantial. The squash is creamy, the onion adds a nice crunch, love the sundried tomatoes!
