Blank Brixton – Brixton

This little vegan don’t want none, unless you got cinnamon buns, hun 😍 {gifted*}⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I can’t be the only one who has developed a sweet tooth during lockdown, and I don’t mean suddenly craving an occasional sweet after dinner, I’m talking constant sugar pangs. I’m embracing it 😍⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I actively wasn’t fussed about cake before this all started (I know, feel free to judge me) and now I can’t get enough of it! 🍰 Cakes, brownies, sweets – throw them all at me, SHOWER ME IN SUGAR ALL DAY LONG 🚿🍭 ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
So, when @blankbrixton dropped round some goods, I was ready, because I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about their food. Can confirm – the rumours are true ✅ ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I had the tough job of choosing which pastry to inhale first:⁣⁣⁣
🌱 Fresh mixed berry and cinnamon Swedish bun⁣⁣⁣
🌱 Cinnamon and brown maple sugar bun⁣⁣⁣
💰 £2.50 each or £4 for iced!⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Naturally, I had to inhale both for research proposes. Both were delightful but the mixed berry stole the show for me 👑 Soft, full of flavour, chunky, sweet goodness 🤤 ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
But the fun didn’t stop there 🙅🏼‍♀️ Oh no. They also sent me their vegan omelette stuffed with coconut cheese, chestnut mushrooms & vegan bacon with a coconut cream feta and pomegranate salad on the side 🤤 It was a garlic lovers dream. Beautiful! Smoky, sweet, creamy, gooey ♥️⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
These guys make some cracking food and they’re also doing a lot to help out NHS staff right now, out of pure kindness 👏🏼 ⁣⁣⁣
