Youuuu bettttter BRUNCH 💁🏼‍♀️ *Struts the entire length of the restaurant swishing hands* 💃🏼

Not only is @dsuperstore a FABULOUS venue where you can dine in the company of gorgeous drag queens, 👸🏻 they also now offer a vegan full English breakfast for £10! HOORAY 😍

You can grab yourself a big ol’ vegan sausage, scrambled tofu, potato & celeriac rosti, smashed avo, Boston beans, chestnut mushrooms, grilled tomatoes & toasted sourdough 🥑 🍄 🍅

The spiced bakes beans and sausage were deeeelicious but the potato hash was a little dense and overcooked for me 🥔 It might have worked better with cubed potatoes or a lighter, fluffier hash brown. The mushrooms were heavenly but the tofu scramble could’ve used a bit more seasoning. All in all, a super fun place to grab some soy iced coffee (with paper straws) and treat yo’self to a good, old fashioned fry up, vegan style 🌱
