Sweet. Baby. Cheesus. 😱
BRACE YOURSELVES for the frankly outrageous levels of enthusiasm you’re about to witness in this post 😱😍🤤
Yesterday, I died and went to vegan burger heaven 👼🏼 🌱 🍔 I mean, I ACTUALLY squealed with excitement whilst eating this burger. THAT is how hard I fell in love with @dirtyboneslondon’s brand new Vegan Mac Daddy 🧀🍔 .
This absolute weapon is made using a @movingmountainsfoods plant-based B12 burger patty (made using coconut oil, beetroot juice, plant proteins and mushrooms) and stuffed with vegan mac & cashew cheese, smoky mushroom “short-rib” and an espresso-spiked BBQ sauce on a soft bun 🍔 🤤
Now, fair warning, if you’re a bit squeamish about eating fake meats or substitutes which strongly resemble meat, this isn’t the burger for you because it is extremely realistic🙅🏼♀️ The most realistic I’ve ever tasted. However, if, like me, you grew up eating meat and still sometimes crave the texture but without any of negative impacts that go with it, THIS is for you. 🙌🏼
This burger is insane 😍 Every single element of this burger, works. It just works. 👌🏼 The texture is spot on. The patty is firm but soft once you bite into it, the mac is creamy but not sickly and doesn’t overpower the rest of the flavours, the bun is soft and a little sweet and as for the BBQ sauce. WOW. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
This has jumped straight into my heart, and more importantly, straight onto my ‘Top 5 Vegan Burgers in London’ list. Probably even coming in at number one to be honest. I can’t tell you enough how much I loved it ❤️ Ab. Solute. Game changer.
