I ”cannoli” imagine how wild everyone is going to go over this news 😍 {gifted}
🇮🇹 London has only gone and got itself an Italian vegan bakery called @dolcettalondon where you can order such delights as cupcakes, biscotti, amaretti morbidi, meringue bacio, macaroons (coming soon) and last, but for damn certain not least – VEGAN CANNOLI 🤤 (pause for applause) 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Only four weeks ago, I was in Sicily staring longingly at row upon row of beautiful cannoli wondering when I would be able to taste their sweet, sweet goodness for myself 👀 Well, look at me now. Dreams really do come true.
This is an online store so head to their website to place your order 💻 Their products are are all made from old family recipes and they’ve worked hard to ensure that the cannoli stay crisp for up to 48 hours! ⏰ Every single cannoli shell is hand made and lined with and dipped in dark chocolate 🍫 They then put a sweet vegan ricotta inside. Dreamy 🥰
Here’s what me and my colleagues thought:
🌱Cannoli – Pistacho, Chocolate & Citrus, Hazlenut & Chocolate and Chocolate
✏️ Even before I went vegan, I’d never had cannoli but a few of my colleagues who have said that they’re suuuuper similar to the real deal. They’re crumbly, they’re crispy, the “ricotta” is really creamy and also has a slight citrusy flavour. The hazelnut was my favourite but I wouldn’t kick any of them out of bed to be perfectly honest. Absolutely delicious!
