💭 The bao are fluffy and the mock meats are flavour perfection. Don’t normally love seitan but these are incredible! Loved the sriracha mayo too!

💭 Woah. Incredible. The broth is so flavoursome, rich & creamy, the mock char siu is insane – so realistic, shrooms are juicy and full of flavour. Loved every bite!
