Some of you might know that one of my fave cuisines in the world is Indian. All regions, all dishes, I’ll take the lot. I just love it 😍 I also love the classic dishes you find in Indian restaurants here!
When I was growing up, my parents used to take us to the local Indian restaurant every Friday and it was the best part of my week 🤣 Whilst Indian food is naturally pretty veggie & vegan friendly, there still aren’t loads of local restaurants serving fake meats and vegan versions of the rich, creamy classics.
