I’m sick of mediocre festive vegan sarnies with no love put into them so I did some research and found a few crackers which I’ll be telling you about over the next week!
This is the second episode and this one was from @mondo.sandwiches at @grovehousetavern_. It was packed with fennel & herb @symplicity_foods mince (made from fermented mushrooms) & chestnut stuffing, miso mayo, fried sprouts, boozy prunes, crispy onions & rocket.
I absolutely loved the festival flavours in this and most of it was executed really well but it was really greasy and this also made it quite messy to eat. If it weren’t for this issue, it would’ve been up there for me!
