New Vegan Bistro Opening in King’s Cross

The Holy Kitchen has teamed up with Botanical Boys plant shop to launch The Bistro at Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross.

Opening on Wednesday 11th November, this dining concept transforms the terrarium boutique into an immersive plant-based sanctuary where you can dine on plant-forward food whilst surrounded by greenery.

The Bistro concept is led by chef Stephen Cherry, who has two decades of fine-dining and event experience. It offers a hearty all-day menu featuring lasagne, butter chickpea curry, croissant bread & butter pudding and creamy tiramisù.

From 5pm, the kitchen shifts to an evening sharing menu featuring dishes such as sticky hoisin mushroom tacos, onion bhaji sliders crisp patatas bravas.
