@plantsofroselyn is one of the more underrated spots in the city in my opinion. They recreate authentic, traditional Thai dishes using vegetables and their focus is nutritious food that doesn’t compromise on flavours.
For veganuary, they’re offering a banana leaf tasting menu packed with authentic Thai flavours 🍃
🍉 Starter: Tropical watermelon with garlic soya tofu floss
🥘 Main: A mixture of daily specials – I had sweet chilli tamarind tofu, southern countryside yellow curry and smoked garlic and coriander mushrooms
🍨 Dessert: Sankaya pandan coconut pudding with traditional steamed fluffy toast
💰 £25pp
🏆 Faves: The yellow curry and the sweet chilli tofu
