Baluchi fuses Indian cooking with modern flair in a hotel restaurant setting, but not just any hotel - the grand hall is a stunning room that makes the meal feel like an occasion. When I visited a few years ago, they had a vegan tasting menu but now they've reduced that slightly to a few vegan options on the a la carte menu.
