Oh no, @revolutionbars is serving up a whoooole range of vegan pub grub options 🌱 I sometimes can’t believe how quickly veganism is spreading. It’s amazing to see 😍⁣⁣⁣

🌱⁣Fried seitan wrap w/ BBQ sauce, lettuce & tomato⁣⁣⁣

💭⁣ This was quite a simple wrap but I enjoyed it. I would’ve loved it to be a bit chunkier with more lettuce & tomato to fill it out but the seitan was nice. I really liked the sauce and wanted a bit more of it⁣⁣⁣

💭⁣ The pepperoni was clever. The flavour was nice but could’ve been stronger. I like that there were chilli flakes baked in which gave it a very mild heat. The cheese stuck to my teeth a bit and the tomato flavour got a bit lost. Would’ve liked a thicker base too!⁣⁣⁣

💭⁣ These were nice enough but needed more toppings. I liked that the chips were sweet and the salsa had good flavour. The cheese needed a bit more flavour but the texture was good! ⁣⁣⁣

💭⁣ Texture of the patty was excellent and proportions of the burger were spot on – squidgey & soft yet meaty & firm. The patty packs a little heat but really needed some flavour, maybe a smokiness to bring it to life ⁣⁣⁣

💭⁣ The seitan flavour dominates a bit but the texture is good – like a nugget crossed with falafel! They weren’t dry or greasy but I do think they needed more sauce⁣⁣⁣
