Disclaimer: This menu has changed a lot since I visited and they now offer far fewer vegan options sadly.
Finally, a brunch spot with a “latte” vegan options ☕️ {ad – press sample}
I’ve always struggled to find good vegan brunch spots and usually end up resigning myself to overpriced avo toast 🥱🥑 So, I was pleased to see @rubyssoho offering hearty options 🌱Note: they also offer bottomless! We taste tested their aperol 😉
Here’s what we ate:
🌱 Mushrooms on toast w/ vegan cheese, sun blushed tomatoes, hummus & crispy onions
💰£9.50
💭The vegan cheese flavour was strong but I enjoyed it. Nice variety of juicy mushrooms. The hummus had a really nice flavour and the tomatoes worked well too

🏆 Fave dish
🌱 Vegan brekkie w/ sourdough, hash brown, tempeh, beans, scrambled tofu, roast tomato & sautéed mushroom
💰£12
💭Huge portion! Generous amount of spinach, though it was a little watery and needed more flavour. We didn’t receive any tempeh with ours for some reason. The scramble was nice, there was a great variety and portion of mushrooms but they were a bit oily and needed more seasoning. I was so glad to see a hash brown! Overall, a good vegan big breakfast option
🤷🏼♀️ Order again? Yes w/ changes
🌱 House granola w/ berries, vegan yoghurt & agave
💰£6
💭 I’m a savoury kinda gal so would never normally go for this but it was tasty. The chunky granola had a chocolatey flavour, the peanuts were a great addition, the agave gave a nice sweetness, fruit was perfectly ripe and yoghurt was just right – not too sweet – reminded me of alpro
🤷🏼♀️ Order again? Yes
