I actually tried the banana blossom from another branch the other day and I didn’t enjoy it so I was a bit unsure of what to expect but I am happy to say that I was BLOWN AWAY by the scampi. The texture is so scarily similar to that of a prawn 🍤 I would say that it wasn’t overly fishy but it did have a lovely sweetness to it which I think I actually prefer. I could eat a frankly inexcusable amount of these with their garlic mayo 🤤😍♥️
This is also the first time I’ve seen @nobullburgerco anywhere except @icelandfoods which is exciting! 🍔 I did enjoy the flavours but I thought the bread was far too tough. With a different bun, it’d be a different story! 🍔 .
So, get your bottle and glass down to Hackney and thank me later! 🙏🏻 Also, I just have to mention that this place was PACKED and the non vegan branch was completely empty… Just sayin’ 😜🌱
