Come with me on this journey if you will. Imagine a (very) generous portion of seitan chunks marinated in Greek herbs, lemon juice and olive oil, stuffed inside a soft, warm, dusty homemade pita alongside fresh tomatoes, crunchy red onions, oregano fries and vegan mayonnaise 😍
This was beautiful 👏🏼 Priced at £7.95, you certainly get your money’s worth 💰 My only feedback was that perhaps it could use less seitan and more chips but @jolley_chris, who considered himself a bit of a kebab connoisseur when he ate meat, |set me straight and said that it was perfect and had just the right amount of seitan. So, that showed me I guess 😂
Now, wipe that drool off ya chin and get yourself down to @theathenianuk. I picked this one up at @boxpark in Shoreditch but you can also find them in White City, Victoria, Tooting, Elephant & Castle, Southbank and also Bristol for all my West Country folk.
