Meet one of my new fave restaurants 🙌🏼 {press meal}

@theomnicollective took my breath away. I’ve spoken about the need for more small plates spots and this is what I mean. Mind-blowingly good food in a chic, trendy, relaxed setting.

OC has been on my radar for a while and it exceeded expectations. Their chefs just *get* flavours and how to champion veg. Every dish is so well put together 👏🏼

Here’s what I ate:

🌱Crispy Brussels sprouts w/ chestnut aioli

🌱Dumplings w/ pumpkin, black beans, chilli oil & black vinegar
