The Swing – West Hampstead


A couple of weeks ago, I asked you to send me your fave small plates or small plates you wish you could eat in London. Well, that was research for my menu collab with 🥰

I first visited a few months ago and fell in love with their food (you might remember the post) so I’m honoured that they brought me onboard to help them create this menu alongside their super talented chef, Chandni 😍

Here’s what’s on the menu:
🥔 Potatoes with sticky soy, garlic aioli & spring onions

🥦 Tenderstem broccoli with sichuan & sesame

🍄 Miso mushroom arancini and a roasted chilli sauce

🥬 Charred hispi cabbage, cashew ricotta & harissa

🌽 Corn ribs

🌶 Chilli tofu

🍞 Jalapeño cornbread, pepperonata & crème fraiche

🌱 Korean red cauliflower with spring onions and a house red miso dressing

🍫 Chocolate brownie will be going fully vegan for the month of January (they’re currently about 95% vegan) and my tasting menu will be available throughout the month ❤️

🌾Gluten free options? Unfortunately we couldn’t make the whole menu GF on this occasion – about 60% off it is

🌱100% vegan business? No, normally veggie but they will be fully vegan for all of Jan!
🌍Sustainability:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣They’re working towards a zero waste footprint and don’t use plastic
