Let’s be honest, if your plate looks pretty and your trousers still fit, you didn’t buffet hard enough 🙅🏼♀️ Can you guess which plate is mine?
I think it’s safe to say that I love a buffet ti-bits 😜 I mean, you can literally fill your plate with whatever you like in a totally judgement free zone 😍 You can pile that hearty scoop of pasta straight on top of those giant spring rolls and you can even place it next to a potato salad. Ain’t no one batting an eyelid 🤣 .
I took my hungry little belly down to @tibits_restaurants last week to join @tribecreativeagency_ in checking out the brand new Spring vegan menu 🌸 If you’re not familiar with @tibits_uk, its a purely vegetarian and vegan restaurant where you load your plate up and pay by weight 💰 They have starters, mains and desserts for you to tuck into as well as a range of delicious cocktails 🍹
🤒 Despite not feeling very well on the day, I tried out as much as I possibly fit in my stomach for you guys! 🐷 Some of the new items on the menu include lahmacun, ginger fried rice, spring leek & carrot bake, raw pad Thai, a sesame and kelp noodle salad, sweetcorn & horseradish salad, Bami Goreng, a Peruvian quinoa salad, a pea & mint salad and vegetable tartar 🙌🏼
I was more impressed by some parts than others but did enjoy the tofu au vin, ratatouille, savoy-cabbage Swiss chard lasagne and the sweet apricot and cauliflower dal ☺️
