👨👩👦👦 A family run business, these guys know exactly what they’re doing and will do what they can to accommodate you when you visit (including cooking things in separate woks). They’re also the only veggie vendor at Bang Bang! 🌱

💭 The sauce on this is too die for. It’s spicy, thick & sticky and bursting with flavour. The shrooms have quite a meaty texture and are crispy & crunchy outside, juicy inside

🌱Build your own w/ choice of rices & noodles, sauces, proteins (quorn etc.) & veggies – We chose rice noodles, satay & Szechuan sauces, mock duck & tofu & a tonne of veggies

💭 I’d probably get a different sauce next time as the satay was really nice but not strong enough for me. The duck had a very realistic texture, tofu was nice & spongey, the rice noodles are half cooked before being put in the wok to keep the texture perfect and not mushy. Love that you can create your own!
