🎶 Guess who’s back? Back again. @thevurgerco’s back, tell your friends 🎶 .
Not only are they back, the amazing team at @thevurgerco have just opened a store in the heart of Shoreditch and I couldn’t be happier for them! ❤️ I popped down to the launch party on Thursday night to confirm whether or not they’re still producing some of the best vegan burgers in town… Spoiler alert: They are! 🍔🌱 .
🍔 My favourite burger has always been the Auburger (pictured) with aubergine, caramelised red onion, Tabasco chipotle chickpea patty topped with red cabbage, gherkins and a house-made burger sauce but on Thursday, I took the new Holy Habanero for a test drive and WOW. JUST WOW. 😍 This bad boy has my heart now too ❣ The bun is stuffed with a habanero corn fritter, crunchy slaw, spiced almonds, crispy tortilla chips and a house-made habanero mayo 🌶 There’s a reason that this burger has holy in the title and that’s because it’s what you’ll mutter after your first taste 😇 .
Handy to know: You can also get your mitts on shakes, macaroni cheese, fries and even a nice beer to wash it all down 🍺 .
