I’m sick of mediocre festive vegan sarnies with no love put into them so I did some research and found a few crackers which I’ll be telling you about over the next week!
This one was from @debeauvoirdeli and was packed with portobello mushroom pate (mixed with Julienne Bruno crematta), brussel sprout slaw, pickled red cabbage & deep fried parsnips. I really enjoyed it! Crunchy, creamy, tasty and creative 👏🏼
