Hakata – Bermondsey

VEGAN RAMEN IN LONDON – HAKATA, BERMONDSEY 🍜

Check out my video here

I’ve had a few people telling me to go to Hakata Ramen in Bermondsey for some of the best vegan ramen in the city. So, I thought it was about time I checked it out!

I’m no ramen expert by any means but here’s what I thought:

💭 The aubergine katsu was nice – crispy on the outside with a soft, squishy interior. The noodles were perfect. The broth was really nicely flavoured and spice with a little kick to it. However, it was a bit watery for me and I personally like my ramen a little thicker / creamier / richer. But that’s just me! I’d deffo go back and try the others. And I beg Hakata Ramen – please make the aubergine sando vegan – you just need some vegan mayo! Hellmann’s or Vegenaise are excellent 👌🏼 I went with my friend @kate.ovens and she said she actually preferred the vegan dish!
