Not only do these guys have the best name in Borough market but Horn OK Please (@horn_please) is also one of the only veggie stalls there 🌱

The owners of Horn OK Please are Indian and they try to include dishes from all four corners of the country. They started the business to bring Indian street food culture to the streets of London. They serve bhel, dosa, samosa chaat and a couple of other dishes but I was at Borough Market to try the Horn OK Please signature dish:

🌱 Moong dal dosa – dosa made with moong dal, rice and a blend of spices, filled with masala potatoes and served with chana chaat
💰 £8

🍨 No desserts

💭 I loved all of the contrasting textures – the crunch from the sev, the sweet juice from the pomegranate, the warmth and softness from those potatoes and all of the flavours mixing together from the onions, the spices and the herbs. A dosa has to be really generously filled for me to enjoy it and this ticked that box
