Spinach and Agushi – Farringdon

Food that‘s “stew”pidly good 🤤⁣

On my little wander around London yesterday, I stumbled upon Ghanaian street food stall @spinachandagushi which boasts a really strong range of vegan options 🌱 ⁣

Here’s what I tucked into:⁣
🌱 Vegan mixed box with:⁣
🥘 Spinach & agushi – Crushed melon seed & leaf spinach, cooked in a rosemary & thyme tomato sauce⁣
🥘 Butterbean coconut curry
🥘 Jollof rice and fried plantain⁣
💰 £6.50⁣
💭Absolutely beautiful. Everything was packed with so much flavour and there was a subtle heat that ran throughout. I could honestly eat this every day. I thought the price was quite reasonable though I’d probably get a large next time just because I enjoyed it so much!⁣
🤷🏼‍♀️ Order again? Yes⁣⁣
