💭 The owner of Trinco at Oru Space is from Trincomalee in Sri Lanka and is passionate about showcasing the beauty of Sri Lankan food and he’s done such a good job! Lots of variety, lots of flavour and nice spice levels – this food really hit the spot for me. I really like that you can build your own Thali. With the starters too, it was a lot of food. I think we could’ve shared a Thali as the portions are quite generous. You can also build a much cheaper Thali, I just wanted to showcase as much as I could for you. I also enjoyed the cocktails but the dessert was too sharp for my tastebuds.
🏆 Faves: Spicy muttonless roll, biryani and the aubergine curry
