This easy lunch recipe replicates some of the flavours from tuna using only plants and it takes just 10 mins to throw together β enjoy π₯°
INGREDIENTS
(this mixture is enough for two bagels or one very loaded one)
π± 1 can chickpeas
πΆοΈ 3 tbsp sriracha mayo
π§
ΒΌ red finely diced onion
πΏ Big pinch of fresh, chopped dill
π± ΒΎ sheet chopped nori seaweed
π 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
π Juice of half a lemon
π§ Pinch of salt
π§ Pinch of pepper
π§ ΒΌ tsp garlic powder

ΒΌ tsp onion powder
π§ Old bay seasoning
π± Spring onions
π§ Nutritional yeast
π₯― 1 x Protein bagel
Toppings
π± Kimchi
π± Spring onions
πΆοΈ Chilli oil
METHOD
β Mix the chickpea βtunaβ ingredient together
β Spread the mixture on your bagel
β Place the bagel in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
β Top with spring onions, kimchi & chilli oil
β Serve and enjoy!
