This easy lunch recipe replicates some of the flavours from tuna using only plants and it takes just 10 mins to throw together – enjoy 🥰
INGREDIENTS
(this mixture is enough for two bagels or one very loaded one)
🌱 1 can chickpeas
🌶️ 3 tbsp sriracha mayo
🧅 ¼ red finely diced onion
🌿 Big pinch of fresh, chopped dill
🌱 ¾ sheet chopped nori seaweed
🍎 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🧂 Pinch of salt
🧂 Pinch of pepper
🧄 ¼ tsp garlic powder
🧅 ¼ tsp onion powder
🧂 Old bay seasoning
🌱 Spring onions
🧀 Nutritional yeast
🥯 1 x Protein bagel
Toppings
🌱 Kimchi
🌱 Spring onions
🌶️ Chilli oil
METHOD
– Mix the chickpea ‘tuna’ ingredient together
– Spread the mixture on your bagel
– Place the bagel in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
– Top with spring onions, kimchi & chilli oil
– Serve and enjoy!
