A bowl so full, there’s not “mushroom” for anything else 🍄
I‘m sure I’m not the only one making huge bowls full of random bits and pieces from the depths of my fridge, right now 😄 This is the *perfect* time to be ensuring no food is wasted.

🌱 Sautéed spinach
🥕 Grated carrots
🥬 Lettuce
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🥒 Courgette
🍆 Aubergine
🧀 @buteislandfoods Greek style “feta” sheese
🥗 “Honey mustard” salad dressing from the Inspired Dining range
Were all of these ingredients traditionally intended to be together? Absolutely not 😂 but it was still delicious and salad bowls are such a great way to use up small amounts of leftover ingredients which you aren’t sure how to use 🥰
