🏨 HOTEL: @paradisecovehotel (part of @attitudehotels) in 📍 Mauritius is a five star, adults only, boutique eco-hotel focused on sustainable tourism – from tackling waste to funding marine research. It has two pools, four restaurants, four bars a spa and its own private beach. The staff here are SUPERB. They think of every single detail and are so attentive and friendly. This is the perfect place for a special occasion like a honeymoon / anniversary / fancy proposal

🌱 FOOD: Finding truly amazing vegan-friendly hotels can be a struggle but Paradise Cove did it so well. The vegan options were fantastic. There was so much choice at every restaurant from pizza to traditional Mauritian food but the stand out was the six course vegan tasting menu curated by renowned vegan London chef Alexis Gauthier (@gauthierinsoho ) overlooking the cove. This is easily one of the best vegan tasting menus I’ve had. Alexis never disappoints!
