To celebrate the first birthday of incredible plant-based deli @covenofwiches, we’ve joined forces to create a “chicken” parmigiana sandwich. Meet THE PARMY.
Growing up in Australia 🇦🇺 the parmy was a staple dish in my life so I really wanted to create a vegan version. Turning it into a deliciously loaded sandwich was just a bonus.
This is not for the faint hearted.

🧀 Mac & Three Cheese Fondue Raclette (contains white wine but it’s optional and can be made without)

If you haven’t heard of @covenofwiches before, they’re a fully vegan deli and bar who take their sandwiches seriously. Owner Annabelle has brought her experience as a chef into the sandwich arena and boy, does she do it well.
