HUNTING FOR THE UK’S BEST VEGAN FOOD: EPISODE SIX 🇬🇧

Welcome back to the series where I hunt for the best vegan food around the UK, as recommended by you!

This week, I visit @bonsaiplantkitchen (press meal) in Brighton run by the amazing Arlo & Dom. So many people recommended this place and I can absolutely see why.

💭 I very rarely leave a restaurant and think “I’d genuinely order every dish again” but this ticked every box for me. I left the venue so full I could barely move because I refused to stop eating and I ate the leftovers for dinner that night because I couldn’t wait. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome. Arlo greeted me at the door and their warmth made me feel instantly at home. If I had to describe BPK in three words it would be: unique, creative & meticulous; due to the clear love and attention that goes into every dish. I loved it all but if I was held at gunpoint and forced to choose my faves, I suppose the Hanoi pork spring roll, chicken yakitori skewers and miso aubergine would take the prizes, with an honourable mention to the homemade kimchi. This was an epic experience from start to finish and not one I’ll forget.
