BRAND NEW FOOD HALL IN ANGEL 🍴
Decided to check out the newly opened @sessions.market yesterday. The concept is simple – Three independent restaurants under one roof, one kitchen, three different cuisines.
Here’s a little run down of each vendor’s main options:

🍴 Ghanaian

💭 I tried the crispy tofu & tofu kimchi fried rice. I enjoyed the crispy tofu – liked the nutty, creamy sauce and the tofu had a nice crisp layer. The fried rice had some nice flavours but I was hoping it’d have a stronger flavour and perhaps be a little spicier. I’ve only just really gotten into enjoying kimchi so I’m no expert but I like it when it has a little kick to it. I’d probably order both again if I was there though. My friend had the aubergine shish from Big Has. She enjoyed it, I had a bit and liked the tahini but wasn’t a fan of the way the aubergine was cooked – I prefer it more melt-in-your-mouth level of soft. I probably wouldn’t order this dish again
🤷🏼♀️ Worth a visit? I like this unique concept and I can imagine on a busy day, the atmosphere is great. I’d like to see a wider range of vegan options but would go back if they added a couple more
