Got a sweet tooth? You’ll be pleased to know that there are a choco-lot of vegan options now!
The range of chocolate available to vegans a few years ago consisted of dark chocolate, slightly darker chocolate and extremely dark chocolate. This is great for dark chocolate lovers but for someone with an aversion to bitter flavours, this was less than ideal.
The last few years, however, has seen a huge improvement in the quality and range of milk-style chocolate products on the market. I’ve been collating a list of my favourites over the last year and I plan to keep adding to it as I try more products. To say that we are spoilt for choice now would be an understatement!
I’m sure there are also many more vegan chocolates I haven’t tried so please let me know if I’ve yet to try your favourite!
Rhythm 108 Hazlenut Truffle Chocolate Bar
This is my number one, favourite chocolate bar in the whole world. It’s like eating a creamy, chocolatey cloud. So soft, silky and smooth.

Love Raw – Cream filled wafer bars
This is my other favourite! This bar is ridiculously good. It’s just like Kinder Bueno, maybe even better! I’ve tried some of their other chocolates and love them too. Great company.

Prodigy bars – Peanut Caramel cahoots
Ab. Solutely. Delicious. I remember when I first had this sent to me, I immediately ordered more. Anything caramel and I’m sold.

NOMO Caramel Chocolate Bar
Speaking of caramel, this is an absolute babe too. NOMO are a really great company and I’d happily tuck into their whole range but this one is the winner for me.

Fellow Creatures – Creamy Hazelnut Chocolate
I’ve tried the rest of the range and don’t mind it but I really enjoyed this one. I’m a bit of a sucker for a hazelnut chocolate.

Pip & Nut – Almond Butter Cups
I wasn’t expecting to like these because they’re probably not the kind of thing I’d pick up if I was shopping for myself but I got a sample pack sent to me and really enjoyed them. I like the peanut ones too but these slightly edged it.

Rhythm 108 Swiss Chocolate Truffle Eggs
Back at it again, Rhythm 108. Take a bloody bow. I think truffle chocolate is my sweet weakness.

Doisy & Dam Chocolate Drops
Kind of like smarties but dark chocolate. They’re not exactly the same but close enough and still very tasty.

Mallow Puffs – Salted Caramel Mallows
Just WOW. These are heavenly. I opened these expecting to eat a couple. Ate the whole pack. What’s not to love about marshmallows covered in salted caramel Belgian dark chocolate?!

Tony’s milk chocolate – Dark Almond Sea Salt Chocolate
This one isn’t at the very top of my list but I do enjoy it, especially this flavour.

Galaxy – Mint
Don’t go into this expecting it to be just like the regular Galaxy because it’s thinner BUT it’s creamy and the flavour is great. The mint is easily my favourite.

Wellbean Orange Mylk Chocolate
I first tried Wellbean when I was sent the Vurger Co’s advent calendar using their chocolate and OH MY GOD. I was blown away. I ate it all before December had even started. I’ve only tried the orange flavour but I’d love to try more of their range!

Vego Bars
It’s been a while since I’ve tucked into this little number but I remember enjoying it. There aren’t many vegan white chocolates on the market right now. The day a milky bar replica comes out, I’m going to be first in line.

Hotel Chocolat
With the word ‘chocolat’ in the name, it’s safe to assume they know what they’re doing, and in my opinion they really do. Never been disappointed with a Hotel Chocolat product. Another great option for gifts!
