Amongst all of the craziness and sadness in the world right now, I took a few seconds out to really appreciate this ‘pinch me’ moment today 🤏🏼
My little enthusiastic face was on the cover of @londonplanner this month, accompanied by vegan burgers (obvs). 😱 🍔
This little @visitlondon mag was handed out all over the capital in March meaning that before the lockdown, I’d shoved these vegan burgers in the faces of thousands of commuters across the city… 😂
In this edition, they have a whole section dedicated to London’s vegan scene including interviews with some of the best people around: @frontlinechef of @simplicity_burger, @veganwithlou of @vegannightsldn, @rubysoflondon, @copperhousechocolate, @thespreadeaglelondon, @veganlife_live & @weareveganuary 🌱
May veganism keep getting the exposure it deserves. The more magazines it graces, the more normalised it becomes and the more we can help people realise that vegan food is getting more and more delicious! ☺️
