In honour of #nationalvegetarianweeklast week, I got my little self down to see the bad ass team in Shoreditch ✌🏼 These guys now offer two vegan ramen dishes with gluten free options (I got you, GF friends) 😘🌱
You can grab the ‘White Natural’ with soy milk, miso, shiitake & konbu (a type of seaweed) broth, atsuage fried tofu, kikurage mushroom, spring onion, menma bamboo shoots & nori seaweed 🌱 🍜 Or, treat yo’self to the ‘Spicy Vegetarian’ which is the same as the white natural but packing a little more heat from a spicy miso sauce, tender broccoli and garlic mayu 🍜 🔥
I also tasted a side of Goma Kyuri cucumber which is both beautiful & scrumptious (who knew a cucumber could be so damn pretty) 🥒 and the crisp pumpkin croquette shoryu bun which can be made vegan by eliminating the mayo 🚫 Result! 💥 Sadly, these buns aren’t on the menu all the time.
