The @owlhitchhiker has just been voted Best Pub in North London… Guess people know how much of hoot this place is 🦉 It’s run by the same people who own @thebirdsleytonstone& they offer a similar menu – half meat, half vegan 🌱⁣

✏️There’s a LOT going on in this burger! On first bite, I wasn’t sure about it but as you get to the middle, you get a bit of everything and it works better. Especially when you get a bite with fresh tomato & lettuce and creamy mayo. I would’ve liked some BBQ sauce but it wasn’t an overly dry burger – the seitan was cooked well and the mac added some moisture. Bun worked well!⁣

✏️ This is a HUGE portion, with hot sauce & sour cream! It’s not super hot but does pack a little punch. Chris liked the hot sauce but I would’ve preferred BBQ. Top layer covered well but underneath, it lacks sauce⁣
