The Ultimate Guide to Vegan Snacking

Snacktivist: Someone who is passionate about snacks.

Snacks might be the greatest thing ever invented. You get to have a meal in-between meals – Genius! When I first went vegan, my snack game was fairly non-existent. I love hummus but there’s only so much one human can inhale (well, that’s not true actually, the limit doesn’t exist, but regardless – variety is the spice of life). These days, it feels like every week there’s a new product being veganised and I couldn’t be happier about it.

There are even whole Instagram accounts dedicated to it now. If you don’t already follow @accidentallyveganuk, you’re missing a treat (literally).

To be honest, anything can be a snack if you put your mind to it but I hope this gives you some inspiration. I’ve included some snacking ideas as well as vegan product recommendations. This isn’t an extensive list by any means but I hope this gives you some ideas on how to fill your bellies in-between meals! I’ve tried to make all of this info as accurate as possible but things change all the time so if you notice a mistake, please let me know and I’ll update. Also, some of these products vary between stores so always make sure you check the allergen and ingredient information on the packet just to be sure.
