Filthy by name, filthy by nature. The @filthy_buns team have knocked it out the park with their new burgs 🙌🏼🍔
I visited a while ago and suggested some “meatier”, dirtier options and BOY did they deliver 👏🏼
Here’s what we ate:
🍔 Chickish Gam Biscoff w/ crunchy @this.uk chiq-fillet, biscoffy peanut butter, crispy “bacon”, gem lettuce, white miso sauce, pickled pink shallots, crispy onions, bourbon bbq sauce

💭 This shouldn’t work but it does. I absolutely loved this burger. They use this chicken and it’s delicious and crisp. The bacon adds smokiness which contrasts against the sweet (but weirdly not sickly) biscoff. So many flavours. LOVED IT.
