Popping up in one of the most stunning places in London – @nealsyardlondon – for a limited time only (hopefully until October) is brand new, 100% vegan pasta spot @pastanuk 🍝😍
Here’s what I tucked into:
🧀 Vegan mac & cheese w/ potato, onions, carrots, raw creamy cashews, coconut milk topped w/ breadcrumbs, crispy onions & grated cashew parmesan

🤷🏼♀️ Order again? Not sure – didn’t mind it but felt it needed stronger flavour. Pasta had good bite but sauce was a little too thick
🥗 Caesar salad w/ @this.uk “chicken” goujons, @this.uk “bacon” rashers, deep fried gnocchi, homemade mayo & crispy onions

🤷🏼♀️ Order again? Yes w/ changes. Loved the mayo but chicken & bacon were overcooked so a tad tough. A little salty in parts but easy fixes
🐟 Caspian Sea – charcoal scialatielli pasta drizzled with homemade dill-infused hollandaise and ‘Cavinoir’ pearls topped with crunchy asparagus

🤷🏼♀️ Order again? No. This is the one I was most excited about but I didn’t think it had much flavour. More could be done to make this “fishier”. Asparagus was a bit random
